This home features an open living area with high ceilings, a sleek electric fireplace, and windows that let in plenty of natural sunlight\. The fully stocked kitchen will please the chef in your family with a gas range, lovely wood cabinetry, plenty of countertop space and all the pots, pans and utensils to prepare your family's favorite meals\. The dining rooms sits adjacent to the kitchen to with seating for 6, additional seating is available at the nearby bistro table\.

When you are ready to retire for the evening, there are three bedrooms to choose from\. Bedroom one is the primary ensuite with a king bed, tv, DVD player and private bathroom\. Bedrooms two and three share a jack\-n\-jill bathroom with walk\-in shower\. Bedroom two has a queen bed and TV, bedroom three has two sets of twin over twin bunk beds\.

Outside, there's a large deck with a private hot tub and grill, it's the perfect place to spend a sunny morning with a cup of coffee or a comfortable summer evening enjoying a meal together\.
