This townhome is perfect for medium or large groups who want a spacious home near to EVERYTHING, walkability, and thoughtful design with a rooftop patio overlooking the city\. Right off of Ziegler Park, the condo is in Pendleton, one of the most walkable, safe and clean neighborhoods in downtown Cincinnati\. You'll find dozens of restaurants, bars and breweries, cafes, and ice cream parlors within a 5\-10 minute walk\. And since we have a pass for you to park in Ziegler Garage it's convenient too\!

You will have access to the entire home, except for the basement\.

Pendleton / Ziegler Park is arguably the best neighborhood in all of downtown\. It's safe and clean but only a short walk to everything that Over the Rhine and downtown have to offer\. You can walk pretty much anywhere from here\. You're right on Ziegler Park, less than a five minute walk to Main Street, and less than a ten minute walk to Vine Street\. You'll find yourself a mile from Great American Ballpark and Paul Brown Stadium, a 15\-minute walk to FC Cincinnati, and more\.
