## Description
Welcome to our Ski\-in/out Condo at Kearsarge Brook\! Our oversized condo has been set up with quality and comfort in mind\. Built in 2020, everything is brand new, including furnishings, beds, cookware and much more\. Located at the base of Cranmore Mountain our spot is ideal for ski in ski out access in the winter but also super close to downtown North Conway in the spring, summer and fall\. When renting our condo, you will have free access to the pool and hot tub\. Come and make memories\!

Walk out our patio door to the south slope chair lift and the mountain adventure park\.  Our first\-floor unit is ideal for families who like to play and relax\. The mountain view is perfect for those who like to stay cozy by the fire while friends and family explore all Cranmore has to offer\.

You will have year\-round access to the outdoor heated pool, hot tub, and fitness center\.
