Violations will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and removal from the property\.Pets: Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 penalty fee plus additional cleaning charges\.Quiet Hours: From 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, noise must be kept to a minimum to respect the community\.Noise and Smoke Monitoring: A Minut sensor is installed in the living room to monitor noise levels and detect smoke, including tobacco and cannabis\. This ensures a peaceful and smoke\-free environment for all guests\. The device does not record audio or video, safeguarding your privacy\.Tampering with Safety Devices: Disabling or interfering with any safety devices, including the Minut sensor and smoke detectors, is strictly prohibited\. Violation of this rule may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation, and you may be asked to vacate the property without a refund\.
