## Description
A luxurious and serene, detached and private, Single Family home with its own double level pool and hot tub\. The oversized garden provides this special getaway privacy and a place to hang out for large groups\. This beautiful oasis is nestled on a cul\-de\-sac, Pohinahina Place, close to the resort amenities\. It has a private pool and spa with views of the Pacific Ocean and the Four Seasons Hualalai golf course\.

This stunning home features floor to ceiling glass sliding doors out to at covered Lanais, seamlessly integrating indoor and outdoor spaces\.  You do not have to go to the resort if you do not want to\. You can stay all day, hanging out by the pool, swimming or barbequing\.  The house is large and offers an extra room with two queen size beds for larger families\. There is also a separate media room\. 

Every room on the North side of the home opens onto the lanai and pool, perfect for starting your day with serene views and a swim in the pristine, heated infinity pool\!

This home includes top of the line amenities, a gourmet kitchen with two dishwashers, a luxurious outdoor kitchen and two golf carts to enjoy the vast resort and beautiful roads \(one six\-seater and one four\-seater\), for you to use at your leisure\.

Each of the 4 guest suites are equipped with individual climate control, automatic shades, and luxurious Egyptian cotton linens\. Each of the 4 bedrooms also has an ensuite bathroom, with a bonus guest bed in Bedroom 4 and additional powder room in the hall\. The home comfortably sleeps 8:

Even though you have everything at your fingertips at the house, and you do not need to visit the resort, as a guest staying at Pohinahina Place, you will have the option to pay additional resort fees for full access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort, which includes the Jack Nicklaus designed Hualalai Golf Course, Tennis Club, Spa, Pool and Beach Services, Ocean Activity Center, and Kids Club\. Guests who pay resort fees will also have access to use of the resort Concierge, who can assist with making reservations and recommendations for the Four Seasons Amenities\. Daily Guest Resort fees are:

Infants: Free \(ages 0\-4\), Children: $32\.50\-$100 \(ages 5\-13\), Adults: $65\-$200 \(Ages 14\+\)\. All residential rental guests in your party \(not to exceed maximum occupancy\) must either opt\-in or out as a group\. The group may opt\-in for one block of consecutive days \(minimum of two days required\) rather than for the entirety of the stay if desired\.
