This condo is located in a secured building that is accessible with a unique PIN\.  There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere \(no exceptions\)\. 

This unit is pet friendly\. There will be a $75 non\-refundable pet fee\. This will not be included in your payment\. Guests will need to contact Towns Property Management, Inc\. to provide a credit card for this fee\. If Towns Property Management, Inc\. has not received this payment prior to check\-in, they reserve the right to cancel the reservation and no refund will be issued to the guest\.
