Walk everywhere from this gorgeous 4\-bedroom townhome just steps from Washington Park\. Perfect for groups and high\-level execs, every feature was thoughtfully curated\. The property features a gym, gated parking, EV charging \(Tesla\), and private en\-suite bathrooms for three of the four bedrooms\. Incredibly easy access to all of the city's sports stadiums, music venues, best restaurants, parks, and cute cafes\. Or hop on the Streetcar for free to get around the central business district easily\.

You'll find that the space is remarkably well\-designed, comfortable, and amply stocked\. We've put thought into every single corner of the space and left no expense spared when it comes to comfort and design\.
