Right around the corner is Mill & Mine event venue, Vienna Coffehouse, Central Depot Taproom, and a knoxville foodie favorite Tako Taco\. More food, nightlife, and entertainment in the Old City just blocks away\. Gay Street and Market Square is an 8 minute walk\.

Most of downtown is accessible by walking, but guests can expect a minimal Uber or Lyft fee to get anywhere they'd like in 5 minutes or less\. 

Parking is not included\. There is paid street parking available right outside of the condo, or paid parking lots nearby\.
