From the flat, walk to any of the surrounding restaurants, coffee shops and sites Knoxville's Old City and Downtown have to offer\. This area has several industrial style apartment buildings and attractions that capture the historic personality of the downtown area\. 

The interstate is nearby and some older areas of Knoxville that contain a homeless population\. Our guests are secluded from this area and have had no problems with the surrounding neighborhood or the homeless population\.

Walk to any desired area in the Old City or downtown area\. Take a tram, rent a scooter, or drive to the shops and restaurants around town\.
