Relax and unwind in the hot tub after an exhilarating hike above the Yuba river\. Curl up under a blanket & enjoy your favorite cup of coffee or glass of wine in the gazebo while listening to the fountain in the background\. Stay in and cook in the amazing chef's kitchen or take a 5 min\. walk into town and enjoy fine dining, shopping and nightlife\. This property has 2 bedrooms\. IMPORTANT: \- JETS IN PRIMARY BATHTUB OUR CURRENTLY NON\-OPERATIONAL AS WE WAIT FOR THE MANUFACTURER TO LOCATE PARTS\. HOWEVER, THE HOT TUB IS FULLY FUNCTIONAL\. \- The fountain is temporarily unavailable due to storm damage\. Replacement parts are on order and expected in the coming months\. Just steps to Pioneer Park that holds a multitude of events including concerts, movie nights, dance classes, drum circles etc\. This park also has tennis courts, baseball fields, a public pool, horseshoe pits and a jungle gym for the children\. Just minutes to downtown\. Arguably the best neighborhood in Nevada City\. Theirs parking in the driveway for 2 vehicles\. Just a brief walk through a beautiful trail following Deer creek or down a cascade of stairs will put you in the center of downtown Nevada City\. You can also take the streets \(5 min walk\) into town\. We are very centrally located\.
