Come bring your tubes, kayaks, fishing gear and head off to the river for a fun filled day with family and friends\.

Plenty of room awaits as this stunning waterfront home consists of six private bedrooms each with a private bathroom\. The spacious living room hosts a large comfy couch and four armchairs with a spectacular view of the river\. The fully equipped kitchen consists of a side by side refrigerator, built\-in cooktop, oven and microwave for your cooking convenience\. You may also utilize the outdoor grill to cook\. Edgewater Retreat is the perfect location for entertaining a large group, while soaking in the breathtaking views of the Guadalupe River\.

Easy Check\-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app\-free check\-in experience\. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 \(which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction\) to receive your arrival instructions\. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non\-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500\.
