It's Good To Be Back at this beautiful brand new, professionally decorated home located on the soundside in Monteray Shores\. You can relax after a fun day at the beach in your own private pool and hot tub\.  Spacious decks on the back mid and top level overlooking the pool area offer a great place to read a book, enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverages\. 

Monteray Shores offers great community amenities with an outdoor pool and tennis courts, playground, clubhouse and sound\-front pier\.

No pets allowed\. No smoking/vaping\. Ask about our Military Discount\. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing\. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival\. If you cancel 15\-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund\. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund\.
