MADARA is situated in a new and up\-and\-coming part of town, La Veleta, with an excellent location to get everywhere easily, either by walking, by bike \(we have two bikes exclusively for our guests\), or by car or taxi\. Just a few steps away you can find corner shops, restaurants, cafes, different shops, gyms\.\. You can reach the city centre by car or bike in 5 minutes, big grocery stores in 10\-20 minutes and the beach in 20 minutes\.

Transit:
La Veleta, in Tulum, is a very relaxed neighborhood\. I personally enjoy walking the area\. 2 blocks away from the apartment is "La Pebeta", which is a great place to have breakfast, juices, and croissants\. Just in front of La Pebeta is "CANOVA" \(my personal favorite Italian restaurant\)\. The lasagna is just amazing, if you stop by, this is what you should try\. Back to the apartment, walking south, 3 blocks, is "La Consentida"\. This is a sport\-bar\. Relax ambience, good food and drinks\. Not fashion\. Mexican\-international food, from tacos to pizzas and hamburgers\. This is the place I recommend to go to have a beer and have a good time\.
