Welcome to Lakeview Landing — a 3\-bedroom, 2\.5\-bath waterfront 
home in Galveston's Havre Lafitte lakefront community on Madeline 
Lake\. Walk to Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn Water Park from the 
front door, then return to your private multi\-level deck and boat 
lift\. The Gulf beach is just 5 minutes away\. Pet friendly\. 
Sleeps up to 10 guests\.

THE SPACE — LIVING AREA & KITCHEN
Walk through the front door to soaring ceilings, an elegant living 
room with a brick fireplace, and open sightlines to Madeline Lake\. 
The fully equipped kitchen has everything for casual breakfasts or 
full group dinners — refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, 
dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, 
baking sheets, and wine glasses\. A breakfast bar seats two, and 
the dining area looks directly out to the water\.

THE SPACE — BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The master bedroom on the main floor features a king bed, a seating 
area, smart TV, and four large windows with full water views\. The 
master en\-suite has a private jetted soaking tub\. Two bedrooms 
upstairs each have a queen and double bed and share a full bathroom\. 
Bedroom 2 has a private balcony overlooking Madeline Lake\. A cozy 
office nook sits at the top of the stairs\. Also on the main level: 
a half bath and laundry accessible through the garage\.

Walk to Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn from the front door, or 
drive 5 minutes to the Gulf beach\.
