Located at 1707 Perrin Drive, Malibu Pointe is a condominium resort with a Caribbean Flair\.  This 4 bedroom 4 bath unit has 1 King in the master bedroom, 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom, 2 queens in the 3rd bedroom, and 1 full & 1 twin in the 4th bedroom\.  Sleeping 13 people max\. 

There is a excellent ocean view from this 10th floor balcony\.  All bedrooms have a flat screen TV as well as the Living room\. Your entire family can enjoy whatever cable channel they desire\. There is a fully well appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and Granite countertops\.  The appliances include built in microwave, dishwasher, smooth top stove, side by side refrigerator with in\-door water & ice and a Keurig\.  There is a full size washer and dryer in unit as well as Internet access\. In the Master bedroom there is a gorgeous view from the balcony\.
