Welcome to the Haven in the City\. This peaceful and centrally located cottage off Knoxville's Middlebrook Pike is a comfortable and accommodating space\. Less than 10 minutes from downtown and the University of Tennessee, all the major downtown hospitals, and just  20 minutes from McGhee Tyson Airport\. Enjoy being a short distance from shops along Kingston Pike, local Knoxville restaurants & eateries, parks, bike & walking trails, and more\.

This house is a single level home with cozy living spaces\. Stylish new furniture and beds\. There is 1 queen sized bed and two trundle style twin beds\. This space is perfect for small groups or a couple's retreat to Knoxville\.

Guests may enter the home through the front door inputting the provided code into the front lock\.

This property is conveniently situated less than 10 minutes away from downtown\. It is within 5\-10 minutes of grocery stores, coffee shops, and several restaurants\.
