ROOMS & BEDS \- 3 bedroom, 2 bath\. Downstairs first bedroom has a queen bed\. Second bedroom has a queen bed\. Third bedroom has two twin beds and a futon bed\. Extra blankets and pillows are available\.

KITCHEN \- Full kitchen with Knotty Adler cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more\.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99\.300 limits maximum occupancy to 7 people\. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person\. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance \- overoccupancy could result in a fine or non\-refundable eviction\.
