## Description
This 2 bedroom \+ loft, 3 bathroom condo sleeps 8 comfortably and is conveniently located in town and on the shuttle route\. The condo is decorated in a warm and cozy mountain motif and features vaulted ceilings, a large open floorplan in the living area, wood\-burning fireplace, and large screen TV with DVD player\! This unit includes a full kitchen with all of the appliances, and is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare family meals\. This home also comes with a private washer and dryer\. Both bedrooms are on the lower level, the master bedroom features a King bed with a private in\-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo and TV\. The second bedroom has a Queen bed also with a private in\-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo and TV\. Upstairs on the third story the loft features 4 Twin beds perfect for kids or singles\. The third and final full bathroom is on the middle level and features a walk\-in shower\. The Mammoth Sierra Townhomes complex features a public pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gas grill\. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more\. This condo sleeps a maximum of 8 people, has 3 levels inside, there is 1 step to enter the ground level, 2 outdoor parking spaces, and no smoking is permitted\. One pet is permitted\.
