Rooms are heated by individual baseboard heaters\. An efficient pellet stove is in the living room\. Some wood pellets will be provided but if you need more you may purchase them at the W W Building Supply hardware store\. Deck and deck stairs are not accessible during the winter time due to falling snow/ice from the roof\.

I won't be available in person but I can be reached through phone/text/email\.

Since the property is in the Vermont mountains, all wheel drive and good tires are recommended\. Wifi is available with speeds up to 100 mbps \(the best available service at the time of this writing\)\. Given the property's remote location, internet connection maybe spotty at times\. Personally, we realized this as a plus as we are forced not to use devices and spend quality with our loved ones :\)\.
