This 3 Br  condo in Mar Vista Grande on the 11th floor with elevator access\. Private balcony accessible from the Living Room and Main Bedroom\.  This unit is high, on the 11th floor with good views and many upscale features including granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths, full kitchen with white cabinets, flat screen TVs, crown molding in the living room\. The entire condo has been upgraded with LVP flooring\.
