 This 4 Br condo is located on the 14th floor of Mar Vista Grande with elevator access\.  It's renovated with new beds, TVs, and paint\.  A private balcony is accessible from the Living Room and Main Bedroom\.  This unit is high, on the 14th floor with good views and many upscale features including granite countertops in the kitchen and baths, a fully stocked kitchen flat\-screen TVs, and crown molding in the living room\. The entire unit has been upgraded with LVP flooring
