As soon as you open the door, you will be entering a large living room with breathtaking views\. This home offers a variety of spaces, one king size bedrooms, one queen bedroom and one bedroom with one twin beds as well as two bathrooms will give your family ample of space\.
The home has great views of a magnificent western exposure facing canal guaranteeing amazing sunsets but still being in the center of great conveniences\. Welcome to Paradise\.
This location offers a speedy drive to all essential locations in Cape Coral\. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 40 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time\.
