Perfectly situated on the 5th floor, this beautifully maintained unit offers sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean and easy direct access to the beach—just steps from your door\. The building has an indoor pool and hot tub\!

The primary bedroom features a king bed and oceanfront balcony access, while the second bedroom offers two full beds\. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room allows the condo to comfortably sleep up to 8 guests\.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, in\-unit washer/dryer, smart TVs in all rooms, free Wi\-Fi, and elevator access\. Two assigned parking spaces make your stay stress\-free\.

Towels for each registered guest \(bath, hand, and washcloth\)

Cancellation Policy:

Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and 14\+ days before check\-in

50% refund \(plus cleaning fee\) if canceled 7–14 days prior

Only the cleaning fee is refunded after that
