Please note that street parking is not allowed\. \~\~ HOUSE RULES \~\~\~ No smoking\~ Dogs are allowed for an additional non\-refundable fee of $75 per dog, per stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed\. As much as we love cats, we do not allow cats or any other animals aside from dogs at our property\.\~ No events, parties, or large gatherings\~ Must be at least 25 years old to book\~ Please report any damages that occur during stay\~ Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm, and kindly be responsible and considerate of your neighbors\.\~  Guests may request an early check\-in \(up to 3 hours before 4pm\) or a late check\-out \(up to 2 hours after 10am\), so long as there is not a reservation booked at our property for the day of your request\. Please message us a day in advance to confirm availability and receive the applicable fee quote\.\~Extra Guests: If more guests than  permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry  based on policies\.
