A perfect vacation rental located ocean block on Maryland Ave in Rehoboth Beach\. Maryland Avenue is the second street North of Rehoboth Avenue\. This location is a short walk to unique dining, great shops and only 1/2 block to the boardwalk and beach\. This is a first floor, one level apartment\. The layout includes a living, kitchen area and a screened in porch\.

There is parking off street for 1 car, and the owner provides one additional pass for the street\.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay\. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $157\.50\. 

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager\. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled\.
