• Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check\-ins or late check\-outs\. You may check\-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am\.

• For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent\. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay\.

• Limited driveway parking\! No RV or trailer parking due to HOA restrictions\.

• Enjoy the shuffleboard\! In order to gain access to the pucks, please message the host\.

• The Fireplace is only operational from October 1\-April 1\.

• Guests are responsible for providing their own propane for grills and outdoor fireplaces\. There is often a supply left by previous guests, so we recommend checking before purchase\.
