## Description
Maui Banyan \#H\-405 is a 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the 4th floor with a partial ocean view, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 flat\-screen TVs, a dvd player, and free Wifi\. There is a California king bed and a queen sofa bed, a shower\-tub combo in the master bath, and a walk\-in shower in the guest bath\. Window unit air condition in both the living room and bedroom\. For outdoor activity, Maui Banyan \#H\-405 is supplied with beach chairs and beach towels\.  Sleeps 4\.
A resort fee of $10 per day is included in the booking charges\. Minimum is $30; maximum is $180\.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation\. 
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation\.

This white sandy beach is perfect for swimming and snorkeling\. It is a 5\-minute drive to the Wailea Resort shops, golf courses, and tennis courts\. Maui Banyan features a swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ area, tennis court, and covered parking\.
