Maui Parkshore \#212 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the second floor with an ocean view, washer and dryer, fully\-equipped kitchen, flat\-screen TV, DVD player, telephone with free long distance calling to the US mainland and Canada, and free wifi\. The master bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, flat\-screen TV, alarm clock, and full bathroom \(shower only\)\. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds which are convertible to a king bed, ceiling fan, TV, alarm clock, and full bathroom \(shower only\)\. The living room features a couch, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, and DVD player\. For outdoor activities, Maui Parkshore \#212 is equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler\. Although this unit does not have air conditioning it does have ceiling fans throughout\. Sleeps 4\.   
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation\.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation\.

In addition during the winter, the humpback whales are just off shore and put on a great show\.  You will also enjoy the most magnificent sunsets imaginable\. Maui Parkshore is a 100% non\-smoking property\.
\*\* Important Notice: A spall repair and lanai painting project will take place March 30 \- July 15, 2026\. Guests can expect construction\-type noise, dust, equipment & scaffolding on\-site, and restricted access to the stairway and lanais when they are being worked on\.
