Maui Vista \#1\-206 is 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit on the second floor\. There is air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, a fully\-equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, elevator, flat\-screen TV, and free wireless Internet\. There is a king bed in the bedroom, and a queen sofabed in the living room\. For outdoor activity, Maui Vista \#1\-206 is equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and snorkel gear\.  This unit sleeps 4\.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation\.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation\.

Maui Vista is a lovely condo complex \(not hotel\) located across the street and literally a 3\-minute walk from this unit to Charley Young Beach \- voted one of the most beautiful beaches in the world\. Connected to Charlie Young Beach is the famous Kamaole Beach \#1\.  Kamaole Beaches \#2, and \#3 are just a little further down and one never needs to leave the shore to enjoy their miles of sandy beach\.  Walking, snorkeling, surfing, and stand\-up paddle boarding are just a few of the many activities enjoyed on these beaches\.  Lifeguards, showers, picnic areas and restrooms are available at all three of the Kamaole Beaches\.
The Maui Vista Complex features lovely tropically landscaped grounds, 3 on\-site saltwater swimming pools, all pools are available to all guests\. 6 free newly resurfaced championship tennis courts, with 3 newly striped pickleball courts, and gas grills for your use\. Tennis and pickleball court reservations are made on  up to three weeks in advance\. The Maui Vista Complex is within a short walking distance of restaurants, shops, activities, etc\., and with this unit in the first building, everything is really close\.  Also, it is only a few minutes drive to the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena\.
