Maui Vista \#1\-307 is a 1 bedroom 1 bath condo \(not hotel\) with a great ocean view\. Unit 1\-307 is on the 3rd floor in the closest building to the beach\. Just cross the road and you are on the world\-renowned Kamaole Beach 1 also known as Charlie Young's Beach\.  Whale watch, paddle board, walk miles of sandy beach, and see the most magnificent sunsets imaginable\.
Maui Vista \#1\-307 has a fully equipped kitchen with all\-new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops\. There is a washer and dryer, and split system air conditioning in the living room and the bedroom, as well as ceiling fans throughout\. The master bedroom has a new queen bed and the living room has a new sofa bed for additional guests\. The condo can sleep 4\. 
For those who need to stay in touch while on vacation, there is complimentary wireless internet service\. For your enjoyment, Maui Vista \#1\-307 also features a 51\-inch Flat Screen Smart TV and a deluxe cable package\.
Same\-day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation\.

Tennis and pickleball court reservations are made on  up to three weeks in advance\. Maui Vista is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, activities, and is minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena\.
