This extremely spacious 2 level home, tastefully decorated home is accentuated by vaulted ceilings\. Outdoor amenities include a BBQ and patio seating, perfect for those meals best enjoyed in the great outdoors\. Sit back in relax in your own hot tub surrounded by a privacy wall but open to the beautiful skies above\. Want to explore Sunriver? Use one of the 5 bikes you will find in the garage\. Plenty of parking space with a 2 car garage with parking for 4 in the driveway\. The mass amount of windows and open concept style Dining room, Living room, and Kitchen give off the air of light and relaxation\. 

Level 1:
The downstairs primary bedroom has a Queen style bed and an attached private bathroom\. With a Jacuzzi tub\.

Level 2:
The remaining bedrooms are both upstairs, the first bedroom is a Queen style bed\. 

The second bedroom upstairs houses a set of two Twin beds\. Two Twin Air Mattresses are provided for extra sleeping\. 

Recreation Plus \(SHARC\) Passes: This home includes 8  Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, Disc Golf, and Winter Sledding Hill\.
