Heron's Nest is the perfect place to relax and have fun\. Enjoy your own private pool and hot tub or venture out to the great amenities that the Currituck Club offers\. The Magnolia Bay is a quiet neighborhood where you can walk, run or ride a bike\. Close to many great restaurants, shopping, and family\-friendly activities\.

No pets allowed\. No smoking/vaping\. Fireplace not available for guest use\. All trolleys run from Saturday of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day\. Ask about our Military Discount\. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing\. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival\. If you cancel 15\-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund\. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund\.
