Just a short drive to the Bear Mountain, golf course, Snow Play, National Forest hiking trails, and more\! Spacious open floor plan perfect for family entertainment in the winter and year\-round\!

ROOMS & BEDS \- 3 bedroom, 2 bath\. Master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, DVD player and bathroom\. Second bedroom has a queen bed, and TV\. Third bedroom has two twin bunk beds, futon, and TV\. Extra blankets and pillows are available\.

KITCHEN \- Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spice rack, and more\.
