Location, light, and a view\! What more could you ask for? Perfectly located, Meadow House 42 is a 10\-minute walk from The Village and all the entertainment, food, and shopping that Sunriver has to offer; yet still set far enough back from main roads to have tranquil, quiet, outdoor areas to relax and enjoy the wonder of nature\. There are two deck areas on which to lounge: one in the front with a private walled hot tub area and the other in the back with ample seating; no rear neighbors, just a splendid view of the Meadow's Golf Course and the Great Meadow\. On the main floor, the sunny kitchen is fully stocked and brightly colored for cheery mornings\. The dining area is directly adjacent to the kitchen and just across the entry hall is the Living Room, with a beautiful stone fireplace to provide comfort on chilly days\. 

Bedroom 1:
Bedroom 1 is Downstairs with king bed with access to the hall bathroom as well as a separate door to the back deck area\.

Bedroom 2:
Also Downstairs is Bedroom 2 with a King Bed and large window for great views and natural light\.

Bedroom 3:
Upstairs is a loft with two beds, a Queen bed and a Pyramid bunk \(Twin over Full\) iwth new mattresses \(2023\), plus an attached 3/4 bath with shower\.  The loft is partially open to the downstairs\.

Recreation Access: This home includes 12 RPP Passes for 2024\.  Recreation Plus Passes Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf\.  Check the Recreation website at SunriverSharc\.com  \*All RPP amenities are operated by the Homeowners Association and are subject to unforeseen closure or unavailability\.
