## Description
This recently renovated 2\-bedroom condo provides a cozy and updated accommodation choice in Fraser\.  The spacious living room features plush sofas encircling a gas fireplace, a large flat screen TV, and access to a private balcony with views of the Winter Park Ski Resort\. The unit also boasts new hardwood flooring throughout\.  
The dining area next to the living room accommodates seating for six individuals at the breakfast bar and a two\-person table\. The fully furnished kitchen features hardwood floors, modern appliances, countertops and all necessary cooking essentials such as pots, pans, dishes and utensils\. Guests will need to bring their own cooking ingredients\.
The primary bedroom features a queen\-sized bed, flat screen TV and attached bathroom\.  The second bedroom contains two bunk beds, perfect for children\. The second bathroom is situated in the shared hallway\.  The total area of the unit is 886 square feet, situated on the second floor of the building\. 
Unit amenities include complimentary Wi\-Fi, absence of air conditioning, features a private deck, a gas fireplace, and offers free outdoor parking in the open lot for the building\. 
The Meadow Ridge complex is situated 2 miles away from the primary downtown area of Winter Park, with complimentary town shuttle services available for transportation within the vicinity\.
