Recently renovated, this comfortable ground floor 1 apartment offers a perfect place to unwind\.  The private patio, accessible from the main living room, offers a view of the Winter Park Resort and is just a short walk from the main clubhouse\.
The living room offers a comfortable sofa, a flat screen TV, a wood burning fireplace and is connected to the dining area which can accommodate 4 people at the table and an additional 2 at the breakfast bar\.
The kitchen is equipped with new countertops, appliances, and cabinets making it fully prepared for all your cooking requirements\.
The bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed and there is a full bathroom located in the hallway\.  
Additional unit features comprise complimentary Wi\-Fi connectivity and the absence of air conditioning\.
The Meadow Ridge complex is situated 2 miles away from the primary downtown area of Winter Park, with complimentary town shuttle services available for transportation to the property\.
PLEASE NOTE:  Hot tubs at the clubhouse will be closed 4/20\-4/24\.
Club Meadow Ridge clubhouse provides an outdoor heated pool, large hot tubs, fitness center, sauna, racquetball courts, locker room, coin operated laundry, and wireless internet access\.  In the summer, guests can also take advantage of multiple tennis courts\.  Additionally, the clubhouse offers meeting room space for rent, perfect small gatherings or meetings\.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the Homeowner Association rules\.  These regulations are rigorously upheld, and any violators will face a fine of 200 per day\.
