## Description
The dining area and kitchen feature newly renovated countertops, wood cabinets, updated appliances, new tiled flooring and wood paneled ceiling\.  The unit boasts 1,101 square feet with a tri\-level floor plan\. Additionally, the private deck off the main living, situated at the front of the building offers stunning mountain views\. 
The country themed furnishings in the living room are complemented by the vaulted ceilings, which provide ample natural light\. Other features of the room include a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV with VCR, free Wi\-Fi and a queen sofa sleeper, perfect for accommodating smaller children\. 
Guests will find seating for 6 individuals at the dining table, along with chairs in the dining area, and an extra 3 spots available at the breakfast bar\. 
The lower level of the condo houses two bedrooms which share the hallway bathroom\.  The primary bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, and a flat screen TV, while the second bedroom also features a queen bed\.  The third bedroom, located on the upper floor in the loft area, has its own bathroom and queen\-sized bed\. 
Unit amenities include complimentary Wi\-Fi, VCR, a private deck, wood burning fireplace, and free outdoor parking in the open lot for the building\. 
The accommodation is conveniently situated on the complimentary town shuttle, just 2 miles from downtown Winter Park and 5 miles from the Winter Park Ski Resort\.

Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited on the premises as per the Homeowner Association rules\. Any guests found violating these rules will be subject to a fine 200 per day\.
