## Description
This residence provides a generous interior floor plan spread across 3 levels and has been recently renovated making for an ideal Fraser rental for families with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with excellent resort amenities \.
The primary floor of the condominium is elevated by six steps, allowing you to appreciate the spacious layout with hardwood flooring throughout and includes a living room with vaulted ceilings, kitchen, dining area and private balcony\. A cozy leather sofa invites relaxation, whether you are admiring the view through the sliding glass doors, warming up by the gas fireplace or watching a game on the big flat screen TV\.   The dining space features a generous table that can accommodate all guests comfortably and offers convenient access to the fully stocked kitchen\.  The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, beautiful wood cabinetry and granite countertops\.
Ascend one flight of stairs from the living area to reach the loft bedroom that overlooks the living room below\.  This space has a twin bunk bed, single twin, sitting area with flat screen TV and full bathroom including single vanity sink and shower enclosure\.
The lower bedroom level, located six steps down from the front door, consists of two bedrooms, two hallway bathrooms and a washer/dryer\. The primary bedroom features a Queen\-sized bed, flat screen TV and en\-suite bathroom\. The second bedroom is equipped with a Captain's bunk, flat screen TV and has access to the main hallway bathroom\.  
Unit features include complimentary Wi\-Fi, washer and dryer, a private deck offering mountain views, and complimentary outdoor parking in the building’s open lot\. 
The Meadow Ridge complex is situated 2 miles away from the primary downtown area of Winter Park, with complimentary town shuttle services available for transportation to the property\.
PLEASE NOTE:  Hot tubs at the clubhouse will be closed 4/20\-4/24\.
Club Meadow Ridge clubhouse provides an outdoor heated pool, large hot tubs, fitness center, sauna, racquetball courts, locker room, coin operated laundry, and wireless internet access\.  In the summer, guests can also take advantage of multiple tennis courts\.  Additionally, the clubhouse offers meeting room space for rent, perfect small gatherings or meetings\.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the Homeowner Association rules\.  These regulations are rigorously upheld, and any violators will face a fine of 200 per day\.
