The 1 bedroom condominium with 607 square feet, is situated on the ground floor of the building, offering convenient access to the main clubhouse located just across the parking lot, as well as the free town shuttle stop\.
The living room features an open floor plan with modern furnishings, creating a cozy space to relax by the fireplace and take in the mountain views\. Amenities include a flat screen TV, DVD player, VCR, complimentary Wi\-Fi, a queen sofa sleeper and access to the private patio, making this area of the condo both spacious and inviting\.
The main room features a cozy alcove designated for the dining area, complete with seating for up to 6 individuals\.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances, updated countertops, and freshly painted cabinets\.
The bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and a bunk bed to provide extra sleeping arrangements\. It is important to note that this bedding setup is unique to this particular unit\.  Additionally, there is one full bathroom located next to the bedroom\. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning available in this unit\.

Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited on the premises as per the Homeowner Association rules\. Any guests found violating these rules will be subject to a fine 200 per day\.
