This luxurious, contemporary, ski\-in\-ski\-out, Platinum townhome offers a great room with floor\-to\-ceiling windows with fabulous views, gas fireplace, sleeper sofa, a premium chef’s kitchen with gas range, three guest suites, each with their own ensuite bathroom, plus a den with a king size bed and its own ensuite bath, and one additional bath upstairs\. For the guest suites, the primary has a king size bed, with the others having a queen size bed, and two full\-sized beds\. Completely renovated in 2021, additional features include custom lighting, ceiling fans, a washer/dryer, one indoor garage space and one designated outdoor parking space\.
