This 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom 2,000 square foot, single level luxury condo \(Unit 1A\) is all about it's exceptional location as it is located in heart of Durango's tourist district\. Walk to all the downtown area restaurants, shops and entertainment\. There are six restaurants alone on the building's block\. 

The condo is also one block from the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Depot and Durango's downtown movie theater\. Lifestyle in this condo is like staying at a luxury resort with dining and entertainment options adjacent and of the highest quality\. 

The condo features a cocktail arcade game \(With 60 classic games\), a fully stocked kitchen, high speed WIFI, washer/dryer, Cable TV and a deck with a BBQ grill\.

The building has electronic security and elevator access to all levels with secure, fully\-enclosed underground parking for two vehicles \(garage height is 7'6"\)\.
