Memory Maker is a newly updated, spacious 5\-bedroom, 4\-bath family home \(with Tesla charger\!\)\. Just steps from the large, shaded community pool and the gated private beach access, your family will be comfortably accommodated\. Thoughtfully updated furnishings throughout the home provide a fresh and refined feel\. Inside, you’ll find generous living areas, an open kitchen ideal for entertaining, and a great spot to enjoy cocktails and sunset views\.

Looking for some pool time? Just take a quick 20 second walk to the beautiful community pool that is heated year round\.  Just around the corner is the private/gated beach access\.  This is just a 2 minute walk from door to gate\!
