This unit is beautifully decorated and is ready for immediate move in\. The floor plan for this 2\-bedroom, PLUS a private den with a pull out couch, 2\-bathroom with covered parking condo is located on the first floor and accepts small furry friends\(\-25lbs\)\. Inside the unit find a large kitchen and dining area\. Oversize couch and reclining chair\. Den with a full size pull out couch, desk and computer\. The living room has a large screen and tv's are in the bedrooms\. Laundry is inside the unit as well as a little shaded patio\. Utilities and internet taken from deposit\. 24\-hour, guard\-gated community with assigned parking deck\. Amenities abound here\. Splash in the sparking pool complete with spa, shad cabanas and bar b q area\. Work outs can't be beat with many machines, ping pong and hand ball courts\. The staff is very welcoming and friendly\. Lease and ID required and guests pay utilities and may be subtracted from deposit\. Realtors Jim & Barb Eagan own Limestone Investments and manage many properties\. Jim and I are both former Air Force and caught the travel bug while serving our country\. We travel extensively throughout the year and for over 40 years\. As we started traveling we learned a lot about places that we stayed, why we picked it, what we liked and disliked about the stay\. As we started buying our own properties and manage rentals for others we incorporated these ideas\. A funny stay we had in another country when Air & V were new had green hot dogs and Mayo in a cupboard\. Yukko, lol\. No coffee pot and no knives to make salsa with\. Rather than report the owner we invited her for a visit\. She appreciated us help her come up to reasonable standards and amenities\. This philosophy carries through on our stays today and we ask guests to also help all owners/managers with things that can be overlooked or be unnoticed since they don't live or stay in the properties\. As this really can hurt a person that depends on the income with one bad review\. Albeit, gross negligence and rude operators need blasted\. I have always been in customer service positions and thoroughly enjoy the interactions about travels and accepting suggestions on the rentals we manage\. Recently, I had to drop by a property with family members from Cuba, Mexico and France\. Honestly, the languages were a bit funny with translations or charades to make a point\. We enjoyed each others so much I ditched work that day and we had a blast for hours and hours\. Now, I can't do that very often but it was a very pleasurable afternoon\. That's a small taste of why I love this job\. Faorites: Bellagio Fountains & Floral free Conservatory, ebike Red Rock and kayak Emerald Cove\.
