Our log cabin home features two bedrooms, a large sleeping loft, and 2\.5 baths, with lots of gathering space for family and friends\. Our home is just a short walk to a secluded and stunning stretch of the Gold Waters of the Rio Grande River\. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty\. Cancellations or changes made within thirty \(30\) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount\. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty \(30\) days before your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking\. For reservations that are at least thirty \(30\) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty \(60\) days before the arrival date\.
