## Description
Summary:
With being only 2 miles away from the MERCEDES BENS STADIUM and in the Heart Of Midtown Atlanta\. This is a safe, cozy, and clean space\. It’s also close to the night life to have a great time and commute safely\. I’m always available and nearby\. The place does have surveillance on the outside of the door\. We sleep up to 4 guests\. Any amount after 2 must be added at $25 a night per guest\.

The Space:
If you are a long term tenant we must inspect the unit every 2 weeks\. If the unit is not being kept to a certain standard we will schedule a cleaning within 48 hours at the current guest’s expense\. This is to maintain the level of sanitation in the home as we have multiple guests and want to maintain the integrity of the unit\.

There is also secured parking available for $15 a day\. 
If parking decal is not returned it is a $175 fee to replace it\. 

A $150 fee will be added if the key fob is not returned\.
