Shovels are available for self\-removal\. Snow must be cleared by 11\-11:59 am to avoid the fee\. If snow persists, the fee applies\. The fee also applies for snow removal every 12 hours during all\-day snowfall\.\~Place most towels in the washing machine, add detergent, and start the cycle\. Clean any excessive messes to prevent extra cleaning fees\. Please also return toys, books, and table games to their designated spots\.\~ Guests may request an early check\-in \(up to 3 hours before 4pm\) or a late check\-out \(up to 2 hours after 10am\), so long as there is not a reservation booked at our property for the day of your request\. Please message us a day in advance to confirm availability and receive the applicable fee quote\. \~These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent guests affected by delays\. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance\. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers\.
