This well\-equipped one\-bedroom, one\-bathroom upstairs apartment is within walking distance to restaurants and the Mardi Gras parade route\. Mindfully furnished to provide a reliable, convenient stay\. Five minutes from downtown Mobile, with Dauphin Island just a 45\-minute drive to the south\. Our photos include professional shots and real\-time images taken by our cleaning team, so you know exactly what to expect\. We would love to host you\!

The Space:
This unit is located on the second floor of a converted historic home that is now a quadplex\. The master bedroom is great for small families with the king and twin beds, and there's also a futon in the living room\. Guests are free to enjoy the well appointed kitchen as well as the modern touches throughout\. Guests have mentioned the stairs might be a little steep\.

Guest Interaction:
We like to give our guests their space and privacy, so we provide contact\-free check in at their leisure after 3PM\. Just know that we are always just a short phone call away\!

Access:
Guests will have access to a shared parking area, shared porch and patio, and shared foyer/entry\. Once inside, guests will access apartment \#4 by going upstairs\. Some guests have mentioned the stairs are a little steep\. Guests will have full access to the entire apartment\.

Transit:
This home is located close to all there is to do and see in Mobile\! Driving is recommended to get around to everything easily, but there are Uber and Lyft available in the area\.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book\.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment\. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment\.
We are a pet friendly home\. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home\. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard\. All pets require a non\-refundable pet fee\. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this\. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets\.
