Incredible remodeled chic house, located on the ground floor, with access to the canal, beautiful view, and excellent location near the beach

The pier is no longer under construction, therefore the backyard can be used by our guests\.
Also, mooring the boat at our pier has a cost of $50 per day\.

You will love this place, located in a quiet neighborhood and with a great location\.

The apartment has all the basics for your stay, with a full kitchen, plenty of storage space, and a nice patio with access to the canal\.
Paid Washer&Dryer are shared with other guests and it's located in a common area of the house\. It has a cost of $1\.75 for Washer and a $1\.75 for Dryer\.

\- A dog is allowed in the unit and has an extra cleaning fee\. We accept certain breeds, given the size of the apartment and the canine itself\. If it's a service dog, we would like for you to send us a photo of the certificate\. We’re sorry to inform you that cats are not accepted
