Additional Notes:
Due to space limitations, the water heater has the capacity to fill the tub only halfway before depleting, requiring approximately 30 minutes to reheat\. Because of this, we have removed the bathtub portion of this claw foot from our amenities and it is only to be used as a shower\.

Please be aware that street parking requires extra effort due to the density of the surrounding neighborhood
