Notes
\~ Please Note:
\* Children with parents are welcome BUT note that the house is NOT child proofed in any way\.
\* There is no fence or gate between the back of house doors and the pool/jacuzzi\. Please, watch your children closely in the pool, and swim at your own risk\.

\~ Pool Heating:
\* Pool heating can be hired for the whole stay: $150 for the first day then $100/day thereafter\. Please inquire about extra fees if booking long \(28\+ night\) stays;
\* Hot tub heating only is $60/day;
\* Pool heating when hired is limited to 84F;
\* Pool does not need to be heated during the Summer months \(June\-August\) it’s usually 80F\+ naturally;
\* Hosts will not be able to provide any refunds for occasional non\-working pool heating that occur during your stay but we will do our best to have it solved in a timely manner\.
\* Any tampering with or overriding of our settings will result in a complete loss of the amenity and security deposit forfeiture\.
\* Swim at your own risk; there is no lifeguard on duty\.

\~ NOISE and LOUD PARTY ORDINANCE:
The City of Phoenix has very strict Noise and Loud Party ordinances\. Please make sure to review them under the House Rules section\. Guests are responsible for any fines/citations/penalties received by host or owner if caused intentionally or negligently by guest or guests of guest\.
